We pride ourselves on our effective and proactive approach to resolving plumbing and drainage issues on behalf of our customers. Our specialist Facilities Department will liaise directly with tenants and leaseholders for access, arranging dates for pre-booked maintenance works and will provide you with constant feedback regarding arrangements and the outcome of works leaving property managers free to address other management issues.

When required, we’ll provide photographs and video footage to supplement our reports, sometimes sent to you directly from site depending on the circumstances. Our administrative staff will provide comprehensive support services with regular reminders for pre-scheduled preventative maintenance work and follow-up corrective work.
